Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy: In the case that you must cancel your Package for any reason, please contact us immediately. a) If You cancel 14 days or more before the departure: No cancellation fee. We will refund the amount paid less any initial non-recoverable costs incurred. Send us a message to find out what these costs are, if any. b) If You cancel 13 to 7 days before the departure: 20% cancellation fee. We will refund 80% of the amount. c) If You cancel 6 to 2 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee. We will refund 70% of the amount paid. d) If You cancel less than 1 days before the departure or if You don't show up: the cancellation fee will be 100%. Green Line Tours will make any refund due within a maximum of 20 working days after the cancelation date.
