Local Experts on São Vicente & Santo Antão

Green Line Tours CV is a locally owned, family-run tourism agency in Cape Verde, offering guided tours on São Vicente and Santo Antão. Founded in 2017, we share the islands’ culture, landscapes, and traditions through sustainable tourism and authentic travel experiences. Our goal is to make every journey personal, memorable, and connected to the real Cabo Verde.

We are Angela and Paulo Silva, co-founders of Green Line Tours CV and partners in life for more than 30 years. Our story began in high school and has grown into a life filled with family, adventure, and a deep love for our islands. As a Cape Verdean–American family 🇨🇻🇺🇸, we bring both local roots and global perspective to our work. Together we raised four children and are now proud grandparents. When not guiding travelers, we enjoy hiking the trails of Santo Antão and São Vicente, swimming in the beaches of São Vicente or tank pools of Santo Antão, or playing beach soccer with family and friends.

With more than 20 years of experience in Cabo Verde’s travel and hospitality industry, we combine professionalism with strong local knowledge. Our tours highlight the best of the islands—whether you are walking through the bustling, colorful streets of Mindelo, hiking the volcanic mountains on Santo Antão, visiting picturesque villages, or looking to discover the hidden gems of Cape Verde.

Our multilingual team (Portuguese, English, French, Spanish) provides full support, from transportation and logistics to insider recommendations. We are committed to responsible tourism, ensuring that each tour supports local communities, culture, and the environment.

Whether you are a solo traveler, family, group of friends, or a travel agency looking for a reliable partner, we are here to welcome you like family.

✨ Make memories in Cape Verde with Green Line Tours CV—authentic, local, unforgettable.
