Cancellation Policy

If not specified in the description of each tour/service, below are the General Cancellation Policy for tours and services. *Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour starts for a full refund. *Less than 24 hours before or if you do not show up: 100% cancellation fee. *Special offers are not eligible for cancellation. Green Line Tours will make any refund due within a maximum of 20 working days after the cancelation date.
